Services and Treatments
Neurotoxin Injections
Neurotoxins are injectable compounds placed into sites to relax muscles. This leads to a reduction in the appearance of fine lines and moderate wrinkles, as well as the prevention of future wrinkles. Neurotoxins may also be injected for anhidrosis, to decrease sweating, and to aid in the treatment of migraines.
There are several brands of Neurotoxin, and while they all work similarly to treat a variety of areas, here at Mountain of Youth we often use Xeomin and Dysport.
Dermal Filler
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance in our body and as we age, this substance decreases, leading to tissue loss. Hyaluronic acid gel fillers are used to restore those tissues and tastefully enhance your facial features. Common areas treated include cheeks, lips, jaw line, chin. These fillers can also be used to reduce the appearance of scars.
Microneedling
A specialized pen is used in varying depths on the face, neck, chest to take advantage of the body's natural healing process. This improves skin texture, color and increases collagen production. The result is improved appearance of scarring (acne), decreased pore size, reduction of static lines and wrinkles. This treatment is often used in conjunction with PRP injections to amplify one another's effects.
PRP Injections
PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) injections are used to promote collagen growth within the skin. They can be used to diminish dark circles under the eyes, reduce static lines and wrinkles, as well as used to promote new hair growth within the scalp.
Chemical Peels
Here at Mountain of Youth we use medium depth chemical peels to treat skin issues such as tone, texture, pigmentation, sun damage and advanced signs of aging. These peels also help stimulate your body's natural production of collagen and elastin.
Our peels typically have an active peel phase lasting up to 7 days.
Dermaplaning
Dermaplaning involves painless removal of the outer layer of dead skin as well as fine hairs (peach fuzz). The result is a smoother appearance of the skin and allows for increased penetration of skincare products.

Mountain of Youth Aesthetics offers medical grade skincare products which can only be purchased from a licensed provider. These exclusive products include cleansers, exfoliators, serums, eye creams, sunscreen and more.

All Consultations require a $50 booking fee that will be applied to services provided.

Brittany Neeley, DNAP, CRNA
Injector/Owner
Brittany is the owner and injector for Mountain of Youth Aesthetics. Brittany has spent over 13 years in healthcare and began her career as a provider in 2016 as a doctorate-level Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). When she decided to pursue aesthetics, her goal was to not only provide patient satisfaction, but to provide patient education and bring awareness and safety to an area often forgotten as medical. Brittany states, "aesthetics is a combination of art, anatomy, physiology and pharmacology." Brittany has trained alongside some of the most experienced educators in the aesthetic field and continues to stay up-to-date with didactic and hands-on training.
Brittany is a Kentucky native with strong roots in Appalachia. She has recently moved back to Kentucky and is excited to collaborate with PurLux Spa to bring her youthful aesthetic look and style back to her home in the mountains.
